Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
SB 162 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                  
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SB 162 was read the third time.
